Our Mechanics are specifically trained and have faith in their work. We feel that the customer should be treated as we would like to be treated ourselves. If at any time you have a comment about a Mechanics , please call into the office and speak with a representative.
4. What type of cars do you repair ?
Jim’s Super Service has both the technical Expertise and Equipment to repair both Domestic as well as many Asian produced vehicles.
5. Are your Mechanics on Commission ?
No. We are a family owned and operated company and prefer to keep prices on a regular pricing structure.
6. Do you guarantee your work ?
Yes, Jim’s Super Service has a written warranty on the back of every invoice covering parts and labor.
7. Do you charge for your estimates ?
No. We offer free estimates. There are no hidden fees.
8. What methods of payment do you accept ?
We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. We also offer easy financing options. Payment is due upon job completion.
9. Do I need to Make an appointment ?
Generally that is best. Many times we are able to work a vehicle into a busy day’s schedule but it is difficult to provide a promise of same day completion without a previous Appointment.
How long does a NJ vehicle inspection take?
With an appointment, the inspection will take 30 to 45 minutes.
